Tour Plan

Day 01 Labuan Bajo – Kelor – Manjerite – Kalong

Welcome to Komodo National Park

Your Komodo journey starts in the morning. Our driver picks-up from your hotel or Labuan Bajo Airport then, transfer to the harbor. After meeting the crew and fellow travelers, you will board the boat and begin sailing to Komodo National Park.

Kelor Island - Snorkeling & Relaxing

Our first stop is Kelor Island, a small tropical island surrounded by clear turquoise water and white sand. Take a short walk up the hill for a panoramic view of the surrounding islands and ocean. After enjoying the scenery, there will be time to relax on the beach, swim, or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this small island.

Lunch on the Boat

Return to the boat and enjoy a freshly prepared lunch while continuing the journey through the islands of Komodo National Park.

Manjerite – Snorkeling & Marine Exploration

In the afternoon, we continue to Manjerite, one of the popular snorkeling spots in the area. The calm, clear water makes it a great place to swim and explore the underwater world. Put on your snorkeling equipment and discover colorful coral reefs and tropical fish beneath the surface. For those who prefer to stay dry, you can simply relax on the boat and enjoy the surrounding scenery.

Sailing to Kalong Island

Later in the afternoon, the boat continues toward Kalong Island. As the sun begins to disappear behind the horizon, thousands of flying foxes may be seen leaving the mangrove forest in search of food. Watching the bats fly across the evening sky while the sun sets over the islands is one of the memorable experiences of a Komodo sailing trip. Enjoy dinner on board before relaxing for the evening. The boat will anchor in a suitable area for the night.

Meals: Lunch & Dinner
Overnight: On the boat.

Day 02 Padar – Pink Beach – Komodo Island – Taka Makassar – Manta Point – Sebayur

Padar Island Trekking & Breathtaking Landscapes

Wake up early and prepare for one of the highlights of the trip: Padar Island.

After breakfast, we head ashore and begin the trek toward the famous viewpoint. The trail involves stairs and an uphill climb, but the panoramic view from the top makes the effort worthwhile. From the viewpoint, you can see the dramatic landscape of Padar, with its distinctive three bays, rugged hills, surrounding islands, and blue ocean. Take some time to enjoy the view and capture photographs before returning to the boat.

Pink Beach / Long Beach

Continue sailing toward Pink Beach, locally known as one of the most distinctive beaches in the Komodo region. Enjoy time on the beach, swim in the clear water, or snorkel along the nearby reef.

Komodo Island – Wildlife Trekking

After lunch, we continue toward Loh Liang on Komodo Island, the home of the legendary Komodo dragon. After registering at the ranger station, you will be accompanied by a local park ranger for a guided trek. Along the trail, keep your eyes open for Komodo dragons and other wildlife that inhabit the island. Depending on the season and conditions, you may also encounter deer, wild pigs, birds, and other native animals.

Important: Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed because Komodo dragons are wild animals living freely in their natural habitat.

Taka Makassar & Manta Point

Back on the boat, enjoy lunch while sailing toward the marine area around Taka Makassar and Manta Point.

Taka Makassar is a tiny crescent-shaped sandbar surrounded by clear turquoise water. When sea conditions permit, we stop here for swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing in the shallow water.

We then continue to Manta Point, one of the well-known places in Komodo National Park for manta ray encounters.

If conditions are suitable and manta rays are present, you may have the opportunity to snorkel and observe these magnificent marine animals in their natural environment.

As manta sightings are wildlife encounters, they cannot be guaranteed.

Sailing to Sebayur Island

In the late afternoon, continue sailing toward Sebayur Island, where the boat will anchor for the night.

Enjoy dinner on board and spend the evening relaxing after a full day of island exploration.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Overnight: On the boat.

Day 03 Sebayur Island – Labuan Bajo

Morning at Sebayur Island

After breakfast on board, enjoy the serenity of Sebayur Island and spend some time for swimming, snorkeling, walking along the beach, or simply enjoying the tropical surroundings.

This is a slower and more relaxed start to the final day of the journey.

Return to Labuan Bajo

After the morning activities, we begin sailing back toward Labuan Bajo.

Enjoy the final views of the islands and open sea before arriving at Labuan Bajo around midday.

Upon arrival, the crew will assist with your disembarkation and the 3-day Komodo open trip officially comes to an end.

Meals: Breakfast
End of trip: Labuan Bajo
