From the sacred Hindu temples and emerald rice terraces of Bali, across the traditional villages and dramatic landscapes of Lombok, to the prehistoric dragons and turquoise waters of Komodo, this private island Journey brings together some of Indonesia’s most remarkable natural and cultural experiences.
This is more than a Bali Lombok Komodo tour. It is an adventure through changing landscapes and local traditions, travelling from mountain villages and tropical forests to hidden waterfalls, traditional weaving communities, remote islands and vibrant coral gardens.
Along the way, you will experience Bali’s spiritual heritage, discover the quieter side of Lombok, meet local communities, snorkel among colorful reefs and explore the spectacular islands of Komodo National Park.

Your Bali adventure begins as you arrive at Ngurah rai international airport. your local driver will meet you at the airport and accompany you to your hotel.
Take the rest of the day to relax, recover from your journey and enjoy your first impressions of the island of the gods.

Sacred Hindu Temples, Mountain Landscapes & Northern Bali.
After breakfast, your Bali cultural journey takes you west and north towards some of the island's quieter landscapes.
Your first stop is Tanah Lot, one of Bali's most iconic sea temples. Then, travel through small villages and lush countryside towards Belimbing. Stop at a local restaurant for a coffee while enjoying panoramic views towards the Batukaru mountain region.
The road then winds through the green highlands of Pupuan, where rice terraces, plantations, forests and traditional villages create a very different side of Bali away from the island's busy southern resorts.
Later in the afternoon, relax in the warm mineral waters of Banjar Hot Spring, surrounded by tropical greenery. After relaxing at Banjar hot spring, you continue to Lovina, on Bali's northern coast, for your overnight stay.

Morning Dolphin Watching, Waterfall Adventure & Lake Bratan
Wake up very early for one of northern Bali's most memorable experiences.
At around 05:00, walk to the beach and board a traditional local wooden boat for a dolphin-watching trip. As the sun rises over the Bali Sea, keep your eyes on the horizon for pods of dolphins moving through the open water.
Return to the hotel for breakfast and some time to freshen up before heading inland towards Aling-Aling Waterfall. Surrounded by dense tropical vegetation, the waterfall area offers an adventurous experience for those who want to swim, slide or jump into the natural pools.
Continue into the mountain region of Lake Bratan, where you will visit the beautiful Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, one of Bali's most recognizable water temples. Rising beside the lake with the mountains as a backdrop, the temple is deeply connected with Bali's traditional agricultural and spiritual life.
Late in the afternoon, arrive in Jatiluwih, where you'll spend the night among Bali's famous highland rice terraces.

Start the morning with a peaceful walk through the magnificent Jatiluwih rice terraces.
With fresh mountain air, emerald-green fields and views stretching towards Bali's volcanic landscape, this is an ideal place to experience the slower rhythm of rural Bali.
Jatiluwih is recognized as part of the UNESCO World Heritage cultural landscape because of its traditional subak irrigation system—an important expression of Balinese agricultural traditions and community life.
From the highlands, continue to Alas Kedaton, a tropical forest inhabited by long-tailed macaques.
Your cultural exploration continues in Mengwi, home to Taman Ayun Temple, a beautiful royal temple complex surrounded by gardens and ponds.
Later, travel towards Ubud, Bali's cultural heartland, and settle into your hotel.

Jungle Paths, Rice Terraces & Mount Batur.
This morning begins with a gentle nature walk around Djampuhan, following scenic paths through the hills and along the river valleys surrounding Ubud.
From Ubud, head north towards Tegallalang, famous for its beautifully sculpted rice terraces. You can simply enjoy the landscape or, for those looking for a little extra fun, experience one of the area's famous jungle swings.
Continue towards Kintamani, where the landscape changes dramatically as you reach the highlands surrounding Mount Batur.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant overlooking Mount Batur and Lake Batur, both situated within the enormous caldera of the ancient volcano.
In the afternoon, descend towards southern Bali and stop at Tegenungan Waterfall near Kemenuh.
Your day's exploration ends in Sanur, where you check into your hotel.

Flight to Lombok & Relaxing Time in Senggigi
After breakfast, transfer to Ngurah Rai International Airport for your flight from Bali to Lombok.
On arrival at Lombok International Airport, meet your local driver and travel towards Senggigi, passing through Lombok's quieter countryside.
After checking into your hotel, the remainder of the day is yours.
Relax beside the pool, enjoy a treatment at the hotel spa, or simply take a walk along Senggigi Beach and watch the sun disappear over the western horizon.

Village Trekking, Tropical Forest & Hidden Waterfalls
Today your Lombok adventure takes you into the dramatic northern highlands beneath Mount Rinjani.
Travel through coastal scenery, traditional villages, rice fields and green countryside towards Bayan, one of the culturally significant areas of northern Lombok.
From here, begin a trekking adventure through rural landscapes and tropical forest. The route takes you through village paths, agricultural land and lush rainforest before reaching the spectacular Sendang Gile and Tiu Kelep waterfalls.
The waterfalls are among Lombok's most impressive natural attractions, with cool mountain water cascading through dense tropical vegetation.
After the trek, continue through the scenic Sembalun region before descending towards Tetebatu, a peaceful agricultural village surrounded by rice fields and the slopes of Mount Rinjani.

Gili Lampu, Gili Kapal & Gili Bidara
Today is dedicated to the lesser-known eastern coast of Lombok.
Travel through rural landscapes of rice fields, villages and tropical greenery before stopping among ancient trees in the rainforest.
Continue to Padak Guar, where a traditional local wooden boat awaits.
Set sail towards three beautiful offshore islands—Gili Lampu, Gili Kapal and Gili Bidara.
These smaller Gilis offers an intimate Lombok snorkeling adventure, with clear tropical waters, colourful hard and soft corals and a variety of marine life.
After exploring the underwater world, return to the mainland and visit a local mangrove forest before continuing south towards Kuta.
This is a quieter side of Lombok, where the experience is as much about the journey through local landscapes as the destination itself.

Tropical Beaches, Surfing & Traditional Sasak Weaving
Explore the spectacular southern coastline of Lombok, where rugged hills meet turquoise water and long stretches of white sand.
Discover the beautiful beaches of Tanjung Aan, Mawun and Selong Belanak, each offering its own character and atmosphere.
At Selong Belanak, there is also an opportunity to try a beginner-friendly surfing lesson with local instructors.
Later, leave the coast behind and travel towards Sukarara, one of Lombok's traditional weaving villages.
Here, meet local craftspeople and discover the traditional Sasak weaving techniques used to create intricate textiles. Learn how threads are carefully arranged and woven into distinctive patterns passed down through generations.
Continue towards Senggigi, passing through Mataram, the capital of West Nusa Tenggara.

Gateway to the Komodo Islands
Today marks the next chapter of your Bali Lombok Komodo journey.
After breakfast, transfer to Lombok International Airport for your flight to Labuan Bajo on Flores Island, the gateway to Komodo National Park.
Upon arrival, your local driver will meet you and take you to your hotel.
In the afternoon, enjoy a short exploration around the Labuan Bajo area, with a visit to Rangko Cave and Golo Mori.
Relax in the evening and prepare for the next stage of your Indonesian island adventure.

Sailing into Komodo National Park
Today, the Komodo adventure truly begins.
Transfer to the harbour of Labuan Bajo and board your private traditional houseboat.
Cruise through the island-dotted waters of Komodo National Park, where limestone hills rise from a brilliant blue sea.
Your first snorkeling stops are Kelor Island and Manjerite, where clear water, coral gardens and tropical marine life create an unforgettable underwater experience.
Continue sailing deeper into the national park.
As the sun begins to fall, reach the Komodo area and settle aboard your boat for an atmospheric evening surrounded by the islands of the national park.
Enjoy dinner onboard beneath the tropical sky.

Komodo Dragons, Dramatic Islands & Turquoise Seas
Wake early and begin your cruise towards Padar Island.
A short but rewarding uphill hike brings you to one of the most spectacular viewpoints in the Komodo archipelago. From the summit, three sweeping bays curve around the island, framed by rugged hills, pale beaches and deep-blue ocean.
After taking in the panorama, continue by boat towards Pink Beach.
Spend time swimming, snorkeling or relaxing on the shore while discovering the colorful underwater world surrounding the island.
Later, sail back towards Labuan Bajo, with the possibility of stopping around Kanawa Island depending on the day's conditions and schedule.
Your Komodo island adventure comes to an end as you return to Labuan Bajo.
