Tour Plan
Your Flores adventure begins when you arrive at H. Hasan Aroeboesman Airport in Ende, where your German- or English-speaking guide will welcome you. From Ende, travel by comfortable private vehicle toward the mountain village of Moni, the gateway to Kelimutu National Park. The drive takes around 3.5 hours and offers a great introduction to the landscapes of central Flores.Along the way, we make several stops at scenic viewpoints where you can enjoy wide views over green hills, traditional villages, farmland, and the rugged Flores countryside. Arrive in Moni in the late afternoon, check in at your hotel, and enjoy a relaxed evening with dinner at a selected local restaurant.

Today starts early, around 3:00 AM, as we drive from Moni to Kelimutu National Park to catch the sunrise. From the parking area, a short and relatively easy walk of around 30 minutes takes you to the viewpoint overlooking the famous three-colored Kelimutu Lakes.
As the morning light appears, watch the colors of the three volcanic lakes slowly change with the rising sun: Tiwu Ata Mbupu – the Lake of Old People, Tiwu Nuwa Muri Ko’o Fai – the Lake of Young Men and Maidens & Tiwu Ata Polo – the Mystical or Bewitched Lake
After enjoying the sunrise and panoramic views, return to the hotel for breakfast and some time to freshen up. The journey then continues into the countryside around Moni, where you can relax at Kolorongo Hot Springs, surrounded by rice fields in Waturaka.
From here, continue through coffee plantations, village roads, and open savannah landscapes to Muru Keba Waterfall, an impressive waterfall of around 150 metres hidden within tropical forest. Take some time to enjoy the cool natural surroundings and, if conditions are suitable, have a refreshing swim.
The afternoon continues with a visit to Wologai Traditional Village, where local women still produce beautiful Flores ikat textiles using traditional weaving techniques and natural dyes. This is a chance to see a genuine part of Flores culture and learn how these distinctive fabrics are made by hand.
In the late afternoon, continue to Ende and check in at your hotel. Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant and relax after a full day exploring Kelimutu and the authentic Flores countryside.

After an early breakfast, transfer to H. Hasan Aroeboesman Airport in Ende for your flight back to Bali. Upon arrival in Bali, your driver will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your booked hotel.
